    Grinding pastes “Classic”

    For valves of petrol engines

    Purpose: for grinding, finishing and consolidation of valves

    - comfortable batcher form lets easy and equally apply paste on the valve
    - rough and finishing composition in one tube
    - contains components accelerating time of lapping
    - paste remains in contact zone


    How it works

    Grinding is a process of removing of the thinnest layers with small grain size abrasive powder merged in lubricant by the use of special instrument.

    During this treatment the paste removes all roughness.

    The paste provides

    • 90% hermeticity of the valves
    • Use FABO (ANF) paste to achieve 100%  hermeticity
    • Improvement of the performance
    • Increasing of compression in the combustion chamber
    • Reducing of the oil burning

    Properties and application

    Paste contains abrasive powder F180 with average grain size 60 mkm

    How to use:

    1. Put the valve into the head of the box
    2. Apply a thin layer of the paste
    3. Fix the valve stem
    4. Turn the valve two-ways pressing the valve to the valve seat
    5. Homogeneous mat grey colour of the valve face and seat means well grinding
    6. After grinding wipe the valve and the seat with a clean rag and wash to remove the rest of the grinding paste.
