As a manufacturer of RESURS products VMPAUTO LLC informs with regret about the cancellation of any commercial relations and RESURS products recognition with China BioPharm Ltd and Mr. Hoo Kok You personally. Distributorship Agreement signed with China BioPharm Ltd on 14th of July 2008 was breached and Distributor's obligations were not fulfilled during two years1.

In regard with all above mentioned, VMPAUTO LLC officially informs, that Exclusive Distributorship Agreement between VMPAUTO LLC (Mr.Vasily Kuzmin) and China BioPharm Ltd (Mr.Hoo Kok You) is terminated since 15th of July 2010.

VMPAUTO LLC officially informs, the false and fake products information from any website in .cn and .com.hk domain zones except official web-sites, mentioned below, have no relations with our company and VMPAUTO LLC doesn't bear responsibility for information and products, provided at third websites.We reserve the right to take the legal action if we receive an information about fake products sales.

VMPAUTO LLC officially informs, that ADVAN TECHNOLOGY Intl.Ltd. (Mr. John Chek Yu Chan) represents our interests in China, Hong Kong and Macao.

VMPAUTO LLC officially informs as well, that any usage of RESURS trademark and VMPAUTO trademark by any company, except ADVAN TECHNOLOGY Intl.Ltd. is forbidden by VMPAUTO LLC as official trademark holder.

Whereas, many times VMPAUTO LLC tried to resolve the situation arisen by sending to the Distributor written requests to start execution of the Agreement and proposals to provide the Distributor with any possible assistance. However the Agreement violation wasn't solved. Consequently, VMPAUTO LLC notified China BioPharm Ltd about premature termination of the Agreement caused by violation by the Distributor of his obligations. Notification on Exclusive Distributorship Agreement of 14.06.2008 termination has been sent to China BioPharm Ltd 31 days in advance before cancellation, in accordance with the agreement.
