Vologda bearing factory, leading Russian one according to the output production volume and quality, famous VAZ factory supplier, has carried out trials of plastic grease MC1000.
Test's goals: - comparative MC1000 and LITOL24 estimate of work in close-ended radial-stop bearings, applied in centre of a wheel of the passenger cars; - estimate of bearings longevity which are operating together with МС1000.
Testing has been done according to the VAZ method, which provides to check the bearings longevity during 68 hours.

Conducted researches have shown that when MC1000 is used, the longevity of bearings work in hubs and mechanisms is increased and terms of lubricants change are moved aside.
According to the trials Vologda bearing factory has produced first batch of the close-end ed bearings N 256706E1.Р5Q5/С37 with MC1000 grease, used in the VAZ-2109 and OKA cars.
